The Uruguay Central Bank (BCU), created in 1967, is responsible for ensuring price stability and the sound regulation and supervision of the financial and payments systems in the entire country. In addition to these core functions, the BCU promotes improvements in the national payments system by encouraging the adoption of efficient, automated processes.
BCU was looking for a training provider that could deliver a UiPath program aligned with its digital transformation strategy. Previous courses had left participants unsatisfied, with uneven knowledge levels and limited practical application. To ensure consistent learning outcomes, BCU needed a program that balanced theory and practice while adapting to the institution’s specific processes and tools.
We designed a three-stage training program tailored to BCU’s needs.
The preparation phase focused on adapting existing materials and creating practical cases based on BCU’s own systems. Training was delivered through ten remote sessions combining theory with hands-on exercises, ensuring groups remained small enough for close guidance.
To consolidate learning, participants worked on a final group project where they developed an automation from start to finish, receiving feedback and support along the way.
With this introductory UiPath program, BCU participants gain practical automation skills while applying them directly to real processes. By combining structured lessons, hands-on exercises, and a final group project, the team develops both confidence and competence in RPA, setting a strong foundation for future training and broader digital transformation initiatives.
