We’re thrilled to share a significant update to GoGrow’s leadership. Nicolas Erlichman is joining Franco Pariani as co-CEO. Since GoGrow’s founding in 2020, Franco has been the driving force behind our success. After serving as our interim COO for the past six months and also as our Director of Engineering for over two years, Nicolas is now stepping up to his new role alongside Franco.

The reasons behind our new co-CEO appointment

In today’s age, running a company has become more complex than ever before. The scope of responsibilities is now so great that diverse competencies and perspectives are required to succeed, as Harvard Business Review mentioned in their article regarding co-CEOs (Feigen et al., 2022). As GoGrow continues to grow and evolve, we believe that a co-CEO structure will better position us to meet the diverse needs of our company and clients, in areas such as sales, marketing, and customer success. This structure will strengthen our agility and responsiveness in delivering consultancy and tech services.

The co-model can foster collaboration, innovation, and growth, as long as you have “two people who care more about the success of the company than they do about their title”, as Netflix’s co-CEO Ted Sarandos stated during an interview with Forbes (DeBiase, n.d.). This reflects our core values as a company that promotes collaboration and results over titles and individuals.

Working together in a new leadership chapter

Franco and Nicolas have always been a powerful duo. They have known each other for over 10 years, working together on projects from high school to university, and, more recently, professionally at GoGrow for the last few years.

In the fast-paced world of startups, innovation is a must, and at GoGrow, we’re not just keeping up; we’re striving to stand out. Bringing Nicolas on as co-CEO with Franco starts a new chapter for our company, where teamwork and diverse skill sets drive our growth.

Uniting backgrounds for greater impact

Franco has been leading GoGrow for four years, advocating for both our company and clients. As GoGrow’s leader, he’s ensured the success of our projects and client satisfaction through dedication and determination. He also has significant experience building tech for many startups across the US and in multiple sectors. Franco has worked with individuals from renowned organizations such as Google, NASA, Masterclass, McKinsey, 500 Startups, AWS, and more. At GoGrow, he has overseen more than 40 successful projects, consistently delivering exceptional results.

Nicolas is well-acquainted with GoGrow’s operations, having served as interim COO for the past six months and led our Engineering department for over two years. He also brings extensive consulting experience from his five years at Deloitte. Nicolas has consulted and developed software solutions for over 30 clients across various industries. His broad product knowledge and commitment to client success make him a valuable addition to our leadership team.

What’s next for GoGrow?

Franco and Nicolas are committed to strengthening our service offerings, exploring new opportunities, and building stronger relationships with our clients and partners. We are confident that this new chapter will lead to an exciting and prosperous future for GoGrow.

Franco: "I am excited to welcome Nico as co-CEO. His expertise and dedication to our company will be invaluable as we grow our client base, team, and services. I look forward to working together in this new chapter and driving GoGrow towards greater success."

Nicolas: "Franco has been a great friend for a long time, so I am eager to step into this new role alongside him. I am excited about what we have accomplished and what GoGrow’s future looks like."
