Bloom is an AI-assisted web platform designed to help people navigate career transitions with clarity and structure. By combining AI-powered tools with expert coaching, Bloom delivers personalized guidance that goes beyond generic advice.

The Challenge

Career transitions are often unclear and overwhelming. Most people lack access to personalized guidance, and existing resources tend to be generic, fragmented, or difficult to act on.

Bloom had already validated a better approach: combining AI-generated insights with human coaching to guide users through a structured journey. However, this experience was still largely manual behind the scenes, making it difficult to scale and deliver consistently.

To grow, Bloom needed to:

• Systematize its methodology into a product
• Structure user data from intake through outcomes
• Automate key parts of the diagnostic and guidance process
• Support both AI-driven tools and expert-led sessions in one flow
• Deliver everything through a cohesive, user-facing platform

The Solution

We built the backend and data workflows required to turn Bloom’s methodology into a scalable product, integrating seamlessly with their existing Lovable-based interface.

At the core, we implemented a user intake and data layer, allowing users to complete a guided assessment and generate a Career Clarity Profile. This structured data becomes the foundation for all subsequent tools and recommendations.

On top of this, we developed the system that powers Bloom’s core experience:

• An AI-driven assessment interpretation layer to generate personalized insights
• A Career Path Explorer to surface relevant opportunities based on user profiles
• A comparison module to evaluate different paths across key criteria
• A Career Roadmap Builder to translate insights into structured, actionable plans
• Dashboard data flows to present results clearly across the user journey
• Payment and feature gating to support free, toolkit, and coaching tiers

This architecture enables AI outputs and human coaching to work together within a single, consistent system, aligned with the founder’s framework.

Our Impact

Bloom now operates on a structured, scalable platform that fully supports its hybrid approach to career guidance. What was previously a manually coordinated experience is now systematized, allowing users to move seamlessly from self-reflection to execution.
