The State Insurance Bank of Uruguay (BSE) is the market leader insurance company in the country, founded in 1911. It currently holds over 60% of the insurance market share, recognized for the excellence of its services and the dedication of its people, contributing to the country’s development and the protection of its citizens. The company operates nationwide and is active across all sectors, being the go-to company for users by a century-old tradition of providing high quality insurance at an affordable cost.

The Problem

BSE was looking for a training partner to strengthen their team’s expertise in UiPath automation. This involved not only understanding the fundamentals of Studio, Robot, and Orchestrator, but also applying best development practices, solving common errors, and building a strong foundation in infrastructure and governance.

The Solution

We designed the training program around four modules that combined theory with hands-on practice.

It started with an introduction to UiPath Studio, Robot, and Orchestrator, as well as product lifecycle and licensing strategies. Next, we focused on best development practices: selectors, synchronization, retry logic, error handling, project organization, and the Robotic Enterprise Framework, with version control and the UiPath Workflow Analyzer.

To build problem-solving skills, participants worked with real-world logs, debugging in Studio, and tackling common issues across Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator.

The final module covered infrastructure and governance, including Orchestrator installation, upgrades, security, and maintenance.

Conclusion

Through this program, BSE’s team gains a structured understanding of UiPath, from development best practices and error handling to infrastructure and governance. Through these training sessions, we made sure skills are not only learned but applied directly to real cases, preparing the team to manage automation projects with confidence and consistency.
