The Problem

Nayya set out to reinvent how people choose and use health benefits, but bringing their ambitious vision to life required building a complex, compliance-first platform from the ground up. They needed a long-term tech partner who could help them scale from an early-stage idea to a robust, integrated healthtech ecosystem, capable of handling sensitive data, millions of users, and seamless connections to major HR and healthcare systems.

The Solution

Over a multi-year partnership, GoGrow helped Nayya evolve its platform across three core products:

Nayya Choose: the personalized benefits enrollment experience. We supported its early Rails + React architecture, then helped rebuild it using a modern React + Node.js stack, delivering dynamic benefit selection flows, feature-flagged releases, and integrations with Workday and ADP.

Nayya Use: the year-round mobile companion app. We developed native features like benefit reminders, real-time notifications, and coverage insights using React Native, while optimizing UX performance and embedding analytics for data-driven iteration.

Nayya Claims: a claims intelligence engine. We built robust backend systems using Flask and FastAPI to ingest, normalize, and serve claims data at scale. This included EHR and insurance integrations, ETL pipelines, real-time APIs, data enrichment logic, and strict HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance.

Together, these efforts created a unified, scalable platform that empowers users and simplifies HR operations.
